Publisher and purpose
IHG Colleague Path Notes is independently published by Jon Rogan. Contact: JonRogan@corps.com. This site has no IHG workforce sign-in, invite-code form or access to hotel records. The intended US audience does not determine the publisher’s legal jurisdiction.
Hosting and mail
This package is intended for WordPress on Hostinger. The live hosting configuration was not inspected; web requests may pass through hosting and security infrastructure. Processing locations and service arrangements depend on the hosting configuration; the publication does not claim that every record is stored in the United States. Requests may generate records such as an IP address, requested address, timestamp and browser information for website delivery and security. The fields and retention depend on the hosting and security configuration. This notice does not specify an independently verified fixed retention period. Contact the publisher for information about the applicable arrangements. The eventual host, CDN, separately installed plugins and mail services have not been inspected for this package; their exact retention and processing cannot be confirmed. Email passes through the sender and publisher’s mail services. Correspondence is used to assess and respond to publication matters. Contact the publisher to ask what correspondence is held and request its correction or deletion where applicable. The reading-preference controls do not erase email records. There is no website contact form.
Consent
A first-party preference cookie remembers your choice for up to 180 days. After opt-in, optional reading position may be stored in localStorage for up to 180 days; withdrawing removes it in this browser. The package ships without analytics tags, advertising pixels or third-party video frames. The cookie inventory records the known items. WordPress editor authentication is separate.
Official IHG and FTC links lead to other publishers. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer whenever needed. Keep private employee and booking details with the responsible IHG service, not with editorial correspondence.
